Complimentary 1 hour of waiting time between drop off and pick up time. If your pet is not comfortable exploring the new place yet, our van can provide a safe harbour for your pet to hop in and out. If you are not sure how long your pet and u would like to stay, we can hang around and will be ready to drive you back when you need us :).

Additional waiting time at $10 per hour.
Rescheduling/cancellation two days before is free. However, within 48 hours of the trip, rescheduling/cancellation incurs a charge of $15.
GETTING TO KNOW THE VAN
$30 per session (45 minutes)
Some dogs need time to get use to objects, especially a big moving platform like a van. We are happy to help make ur pet comfortable in our van by offering a getting to know our van session. We will drive the van over to your preferred location, and your pet can hop in and out and play in the van. We can even go for a short drive. When pets are happy, so are we!
5 ROUND TRIPS PACKAGE
$320
With the 5 round trips package, we offer free rescheduling at anytime - even minutes before the trip. This is perfect for dogs who may be weather sensitive, and require rescheduling if the weather turns bad. Each round trip includes complimentary 1 hour of waiting time :).
KLIMB STAIRCASE TO HELP DOGS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
No additional cost. Just let us know if you need this.
Our little Happy was unfortunately diagnosed with bone cancer and has tumors pressing against his spine. That resulted in him losing some mobility. To help him, our trainer @cheerfuldogs suggested this setup and it works wonderful! The ramp (seen in the photos above) is too narrow and steep for dogs with reduced mobility or for more fearful dogs. So for all dogs with reduced mobility, know that this is available for you! All you need to do is to inform us that you need the KLIMB staircase when you are making the booking. No additional cost will be incurred. But it does take up some space in the van so there will be less room. View the gallery below to have a better idea of what a ride with the KLIMB staircase will be like.
